Bilaspur...i got my laptop and my brother's system from raipur...most prices are cheaper than online shops if you bargain..don't forget to bargain like "bhaiya flipkart me to isse sasta hai","bhaiya wo dukan me isse kam rate me de raha hai,"kya bhaiya kuch to discount karo yar,itna sara saman liya"....i got my laptop @42,500 which is available here in bilaspur@46,000 in 2012..and take prices from all shops...3-4 hours ki mehanat lagega bhai lekin sahi rate me mil jayega..
