Suggest PC configuration between 25-30000INR

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:visual studio 2010, oracle 11i, sql server 2008, php development, netbeans, movies, gaming like NFS, Blur, CS

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:upto 30,000INR. Its max. (without speakrs)

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: no. (check my usage and tell if i need, till now i never!)

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:win7, ubuntu

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: min 350GB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: preferably 22" but ok if i get 20" LED monitor. Samsung or Dell(suggest if you have better option)

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: i am buying all!

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: in 20days max!

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:yes i have done assembling before.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: mumbai. online shopping is not big issue. if m getting quality at lower cost then sure!!

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: i want to buy speakers and UPS too. if allows. UPS is must. speakesr optional.
for 2.1 which one is better? I am looking for Sony SRS - D5 2.1 Multimedia Speakers. is this good?
suggest intel processors(i3) with intel mobos.

Rawales, the kind of tasks you've mentioned are highly multi-threaded and a higher Core CPU is gonna really helpful. At your budget, Intel 4 Cors are not possible but you can manage a AMD FX series 6 Core CPU which will offer a kick in performance.

I would like to make some changes in what Incinerator has mentioned. Everything is fine except the mobo and the PSU. In my opinion, go with the Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H @ 4.4k and for PSU, go with at least 450W or 500W supply, in case you later decide to upgrade to a quad core or a GPU upgrade. But, if it is your one time build (you could be agreeing, but I think that you will definitely feel the need for upgrade in the future), then PSU is fine but go with Gigabyte.

The Gigabyte is far better built than a Intel motherboard made by Foxconn.Foxcon is not bad but Gigabyte is better.Intel boards RMA process is lengthy in case of some fault with the mobo.Moreover if you go with the Intel processor rather an AMD your upgrade path will make far more sense as you can upgrade to an i5 or higher (lga 1155 socket) anyday when you need it.

AshutoshM thank for suggestion. I am looking fr better mobo which can be upgradeable and be up to the mark in nxt 3-4yrs.

I am right now not thinkin abt GPU. budget is tight right now so i am lookin fr only cpu n monitor now...
