Suggest PC config

Hi guys. My frnd want to buy new PC. He is doing his diploma in com eng. So he said what should i do?. I said dont worry my digit frnd will give u best config.
So plz suggest a config with their price. his budget is around 30k can extend upto 32k.
core 2 duo E6600
Intel G965 (brand u suggest: asrock/asus/gigabyte/intel) (should contain onboard dedicated graphix)
RAM Kingston (or Transcent) 1GB DDR-2 667 MHz.
Creative SBS 370 2.1
Antec cabinet (specify model)
Logitec MM keyboard n mouse(laser)
APC UPS (specify model) for atleast 20 to 30 mins backup
160 GB WD Caviar SE

17" LCD (plz suggest brand)

btw if u want a gfx card then wats the need of onboard gfx???

8500GT is 5900 here and 8600GT is Rs 8100

Hw can u compare an XFX 650i chip with d behemoth 975 chip???

Moreover the XFX 650i doesn hav a Sli... Only the 680iLT has...

Its d 650i ultra....

D Asus P5Wh-Del is d premium boards @ 12k + taxes...

U've any idea hw it o'clocks??? Check out reviews to get d idea...

Guys i m getting very confused. Whether i should get G965 or P965 and gfx card or 975 and gfx card. I can compromise with monitor by taking 17" flat screen not LCD. Plz sugget about mobo. if ram is cheaper then will go for 2gb. 160 gb hdd must.
