gaming and some photo editing using photoshop, 1st priority is gaming. games like dragon age 3, Call of duty black ops2, crysis 3,BF4,NFS rivals,FIFA 14, GTA 5, and upcoming games

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.

75000 to 77000 +-rs500

Ans: not sure, may be not

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?

Ans:
win 7 , 8.1

Ans: 1TB

Kolkata, locally from Chandni Chawk, if possible suggest a good shop which charge reasonable price

No AMD processor please, processor should be i5 3rd or 4th gen

Go fot Gigabyte B85MD3H. And instead of getting a 8 GB stick get 2x4GB.
And you will not need a 800W PSU. Get seasonic S12II 620 or Antec VP650P.
And stay away from WD green. Get the blue one.

For buying in kolkata I recommend MD Computers or Vedant. In MD computers ask for Palash. He will help you out.

Else you can change the motherboard to Gigabyte B85M D3h and graphichs card to Sapphire R9 290 tri x OC @36k in deathblade's suggestion. Opt for 4GB RAM now, add another stick later. It will be a very powerful rig for gaming.

i choose 8gb X 1 because planning to buy another one in july or later
one more qstn, i live in ballygunge, here power cut frequency is very very rare, so i am planning to buy UPS later, is it ok for me, to run the rig without UPS???

Its Ok if there is no power cut at all but for the longevity of your components its better to have a UPS.
Only 8GB 1600Mhz RAM is enough for now and you can add later on after 1 year or so_Ok.
