It's 200GB seagate SATAII 7200rpm, I am purchasing asus P5B-VM (G965 Express chipset) for Rs. 9050., I doubt that the price i am being told to pay is a bit more, help please

I got a Seagate 250GB SATAII for Rs. 3,800 just 2 weeks ago. So 200GB for Rs. 3,700 is overpriced.
