Suggest me here for nokia 6233

friends one of my neighour want to sale his nokia 6233(one month warranty left) just for Rs.6200.There is some problem in speaker thats why he want to sale it.i want to purchase it for that price becuase i don't want to spend much more on new one,which costs about Rs.7100 here in our local market.I want to use it only for gprs airtel MO.i m using nokia 6600 now.will there any difference in speed in gprs with 6233.

so please give me your suggestions here.i will very very thankful to you for that.happy sunday.

Old faulty one for Rs.6200? Not a good deal. You can get a new for just 7100 more.
There won't be much difference with GPRS but if EDGE is available in your area, the performance of N 6233 would be far better than 6600

thanks friend for answer me.i will go for new one only,but how can i find that here is EDGE technology present.is there any method by which i can know about it.

^^Put your sim in your friend's nokia 6233 and connect to GPRS service on phone. If you see G in a box, only GPRS is available and if E is shown in a box, EDGE is available.
