Suggest me a phone within Rs.6500 for my wife

Hello,

Please suggest me a phone within Rs. 6500 for my wife. 3G is not a necessity but it should have a good build quality (not cheap plastic), large screen (prefer touchscreen), nice internet browser (option to install 3rd party browser like opera mini, possible?) and of course good sound quality with music player and FM. Connectivity should have bluetooth at the minimum with social apps like facebook, twitter and gmail, gtalk installed.

under 7k there is only 1 proper phone: Samsung Wave Y. else there is Galaxy Y & Star II but Galaxy Y have a bit smaller screen but cost a bit over 7k and Star II is crap.

Wow! Wave Y has 3G too. And on flipkart they are giving a special offer of a 8GB memory card alongwith it. Let me see... Only downside it seems is the 2MP camera. But our family does not use a cell phone camera much. We have the DSLR and the 2 point and shoots to fall back to.
