Suggest me a motherboard for this cpu

Im building a gaming rig and im on a tight budget. Ive decided to go for the i5 3470 and gtx 650 ti boost (going to get from US) Can you suggest me the cheapest b75 or H61 motherboard (going to buy in India)?
1. Im not going to overclock my processor.
2. Its ok if it does not have usb 3.0, high speed ram support etc.

I just want the cheapest good motherboard available.
P.S.
Q. Will stock cooler be sufficient (not going to overclock)
Q. Suggest me a good cabinet for Rs. 1500 (Max)

1500 bucks can't get you a very good cabinet but still you can have a look at NZXT SOurce 210 non elite if you can find it at 2k or CM ELite 310 @ 1.8k.

Go for Gigabyte B75M DH3 available for 4000 INR.
