Suggest me a headphone | Budget 3.5k

I am gonna use that headphone mostly for Music,Movies. After going through Letsbuy and Flipkart i found this one

Sennheiser HD 438 @Letsbuy Rs. 3990

Sennheiser HD 429 @Flipkart Rs. 3990

also should i go with gaming headset, would they give better output with music, movies?
My Budget is 3.5 k but i can extend it to 4k.

Gaming headphones have quite good bass and they are good for games and movies. Music is made on stereo and not surround sound.
