Please suggest a graphic card + PSU within 25,000/-

Moniter - ViewSonic 19 WideScreen 1440 X 900 (semi-HD, but may upgrade in near future)
Processor - i7 2600k 3.50Ghz
RAM - 8GB DDR3
MotherBoard - GA-H67M-D2-B3
OS - Windows 7 64-bit
HDD - 1TB (total)

Looking for future proof atleast to 2-3 years
Location - New Delhi

Please mention the power of the PSU.
