the one i mentioned(1333 mhz) is 3.7k..also 1600 is available at 3.8-4.5 k at smc and lamington road..nt sure abt 1600 cl7

as far as gaming is concerned the i5 760 is a very good proccy..it beats the hell out of the 965 and also performs neck to neck with 1090t..if the system is for gaming only go for i5 760

U can get the 1090t at around 11.8k at some places..the prices of the hexacores have dropped..
No idea about the corsair kit but the ripjaw kit is very good and has better latency..
Also you can go for gskill ddr3 1333 cl7 along with jas's config or mine if you want to keep ur budget around 19 k

i5 760 is better in gaming than 1090t also. but if you can afford 1090t i will say go for it as its a bit more futureproof.
BTW just checked SMC - 1055t @ 9.2k, 1075T @ 9.7k, 1090t @ 11.5k !!!!!
now updating the guide and tweaking the configs a bit more..tiring work!!
