Suggest: Best Speakers @<3K

I want to buy speakers and I'm totally confused between the options available.
The main concern for me is high bass capacity and clear and crisp lower sounds.
I need the speakers for my room which is not bigger than a normal hostel room and will be listening music, loud enough to disturb everyone in the nearby rooms (just kidding)

All I want is best speaker below 3K which will be connected to my Dell Inspiron 15R special edition.

Please suggest me the model number with the street price(if you have some idea) as well as online price.

I have heard the sound of VS2621 but unfortunately it has been discontinued.
Couldn't find any product from F&D in nearby marketplace to experience its sound
