i have planning about.

Asus P5QL-EM (INTEL G43) - 7.2k
for Intel DG45ID(G45)-6.6k

Processor
C2D E7400 / 2.8 GHz 1066MHz,3 MB,LGA,45n 6.1k

any suggestions..
