Suggest a Tablet within ₹8000 [Android]

Please suggest me the best tablet within ₹8000. Following are the priorities:

1- WiFi, 3G and Voice calling is must.
2- Screen resolution as best as possible at the budget.
3- Back camera quality as good as possible in that budget.

And from reputed brands only, meaning Asus, Dell etc. This is for one of my relative and he has already chosen Dell Venue 3740/41, but if there are better alternatives in that budget then please inform.

dont look at any other tabs in that range unless you want a lemon
