Go for computer science.In that u can have Tutorials on C,C++,Java ,HTML,ASP etc

You are going to start a blog just for the sake of having a blog ?? If you don't know what to write about then dont , it will be worthless.

You can start a blog similar to writing Daily Diaries.
Have a look at Abhinav Jain's Blog- My Dayz with myself.
He is an IIM-C guy who describes his daily life. Read his previous posts.

I think its good and even more funnier than Chetan Bhagat's Five Point Someone.
