suggest a laptop for 20k to 30k max

hi i need a laptop for my uncle. he just requires to work with tally and internet. also requires a webcam for chatting.doesnt need an advanced processor.please suggest some cheaper models of good brands.

Compaq is one option, Shara and HCL are others but I would not really recommend them .

Your best bet however is Dell Vostro1000

Since you have mentioned 30k MAX budget, I recommend any of the Compaq AMD models or the Acer 4520 which can be sourced for around 27k.
