Suggest a cell phone for <10k

One of my cell phones crapped out so need a new one. Suggest me a phone <10k. I am not a brand fanboi so feel free to suggest from any brand. I am looking for good signal quality, comfy keypad, a decent camera with decent music quality. I was thinking about the SE K850i or Samsung i450 or the SE W580..

Get the k810i...or if it is possible try getting 5320xm..though its production is stopped

You can get the C510 for that price. A hep phone with pretty cool features.

A bit offtopic but what is exact current price of c510 ? I saw an ad on newspapee quoting 10750 , have the price droped lately ? And how much memory card does it comes with ?
