Suggest a budget config for sap

Could you please suggest a low budget system config for sap.Is 80 Gb hdd and 15" enough or larger one's are required?
Forgot to mention it should be a full fledged system(speakers,webcam and all). OR is it better to go for second hand 8 months used
Amd 2500+
1Gb ram
160 gb hdd
17" samsung monitor
keyboard and mouse
speakers and webcam.
for 10k.

I have been asked for a config for sap. I have no idea what sap is. It most probably must be the latest one,This is for someone who is learning sap.
