Get Micromax A89 For 6K ( Faster than Celkon A200 but has a poor battery life) or increase your budget a bit and go for Xolo A800 at 9.5K.

Would love to buy Xolo but they are not responding to my calls or mails.Customer service is lame & also could not found service centre in my area.
