2. Latest Android
3. Good camera
4. Wi-Fi
5. Good battery backup
6. Google play market supported
7. in 10K budget

Hows Samsung Galaxy Y Duos S6102 ?

Its selling at around 8.5k or so.Get that online.

Forget Galaxy Y.(inferior in most regards than HTC Explorer)
Get HTC Explorer.

once you have bought Galaxy Y.
All you will say is that its not a Good Phone.

The biggest downside is its low-res ,low ppi ,small screen.

HTC Explorer has better Camera and Screen in comparison to Galaxy Y.

The functinality of Galaxy Y is limited by its QVGA screen whereas HVGA screen of HTC Explorer allows max. app support from Play STORE.

Under 10k Only HTC Explorer and Galaxy Y are available as good options.
