Sub 6K GPU for gaming at medium resolution

Here is my configuration:

Intel E8400 3.0 Ghz
Intel DG33FB
2 x 2 GB DDR2 800 Mhz

I am planning to play at 1440 x 900 resolution with medium(mostly) or high(if GPU permits) details. And I am planning to play all the latest titles, and the future ones as well, in medium setting as well.

And most importantly I have an el-cheapo PSU bundled with the cabinet.

The cards that I have selected are HD 6570, HD 6670(2 GB GDDR3 / 1 GB GDDR5) and HD 7750(Gigabyte 2GB GDDR3).

P.S. My max budget is 6K and I can't go over it.

Yeah that is also, what I intend to buy, and this card (7750) does not requires an external power connector right?

Currently the Gigabyte 2 GB GDDR3 7750 is out of stock in SMC. I have to call up some shops in market tomorrow to check if they have this card. So if this card is not available I should go for 6670? Which one should I go for 2 GB DDR3 or 1 GB GDDR5? Also mentions the brand I should look for priority wise.

HD 6670 GDD5 is faster than the HD7750 GDDR3 :

So which card is worth investing, HD 6670 1 GB GDDR5 or a HD 7750 1 GB GDDR5, without a good PSU?

P.S. I have an el-cheapo PSU as mentioned above, and my guess is it is not more than 300 W.

HD 7750 1GB GDDR5 for sure but I would not recommend running any discrete gpu on a 300W el cheapo psu.

So I should invest in a good PSU(I know this, but still I am asking)? So what is the minimum PSU that I should invest, given that I have a very tight budget. (I have made my mind to get the HD 7750, which is 1.1K more than I initially thought about investing in a card). Also is HD 7750 worth investing given I am paying 1.5K more than the HD 6670? I mean to say, is paying 1.5K more worth the performance benefit that HD 7750 would give me?

yes, you will get 25-30% performance boost over a HD 6670 and about the PSU .. you can either get a cheap 500-600 bucks 450/500W PSU from brands like zebronics [ not recommended ] or opt for Antec VP350 around ~1.8k
