On Dec. 16, 2004 Microsoft announced that it had acquired GIANT Company.

On Jan. 6, 2005 Microsoft announced the release of a public beta of Microsoft AntiSpyware,
which is based on GIANT's old AntiSpyware product.

CounterSpy another Antispyware is also using same DATABASE as MICROSOFT new antispywarebut difference is that Microsoft one is free but Counter Spy is to be purchased

Many comparision had rated Microsoft Antispyware to be at top of CounterSpy

Now a days a large no of antispyware progrms are avialbale on internet
whihc one to use is very difficult to decide
Antispyware programs are use to control spyware whihc might be downloaded on ur PC without ur notice and may send private information without ur notice

Yes, Spywarewarrior is doing a good job. And for SunBelt CounterSpy and MS AntiSpyware, both of them use Giant's Spyware Database. But, SunBelt is building it's own Spyware Database and when it implements it in CounterSpy, it will be different from MS AntiSpyware.
