I can't understand that when i complete 3 objectives on JBA HQ 1 than why the boss has not comes after the objective complete .

it is necessary to complete a secondary objectives also "Shooting practice".

Please provide some unlock missions.

You have to wait before the JBA member arrives.Within the given time limit of 30 minutes you have to complete the objectives.If u completed the objectives well within the limit then just wait at the training area for the member to arrive.
