Indian handset brand, Spice has launched a new dual-sim(3G+2G) entry-level Android smartphone, Stellar 445, at Rs 5,299. The phone will be available starting first week of July.

Stellar 445 sports a 4-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen (480x800p).

Powered by a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor, and 512MB RAM, the new smartphone comes with 4GB internal storage expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It runs Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) OS and supports multiple Indian languages including Hindi, Bangla, Tamil, Telugu and Marathi. Spice is also offering 2GB free Spice Cloud storage facility which can be accessed using the web interface, with the phone.

Spice Stellar 445 sports a 3.2MP rear camera and a front-facing 1.3MP camera. It includes an 1,500mAh battery. The phone comes with Quick charge feature which as per the company, helps in charging it 10 to 15% faster than any normal device.

In terms of connectivity, the phone offers Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and A-GPS options.

Through the multiple Indian languages option in our products we intend to reach out to the masses with the readiness of their choice of language in their mobiles. The idea to empower every Indian through their smartphones has been our engine of growth and we have been working towards it by proliferating data services through our 3G enabled handsets.”
