SPAM Mails - Tired

Please help me, my web hoster provide me the mail hosting mail2web.com. I always receive a 100 spam mails daily. and i always tired to delete the mail. Can you please help me how to block the spam mail. because there is no spam filter on mail2web.

opps, if u dont have server root access u wont be able to install any AntiSpam filter,

the solution that comes to my mind is, using Desktop client like out look to receive ur emails, then use a Internet Security like KIS or NIS or use a Stand alone AntiSpam software

If you Manage DNS, change the MX records to use Google Apps service. Google SPAM filters work perfect for me
