L2MFix log looks clean And, HijackThis doesnt show any major problems too.

These two entries you can fix in HijackThis (Close all other programs before fixing) :-

O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions present
O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present

Apart from this, everything looks clean. Do you receive any pop-ups?

I have fixed the entries as u said and I dont receive any pop ups now. Thanks once again swatkat and everyone who spared their time to help me otherwise i would have had to re format and reinstall and loose all my data.
