Software Price Estimation

I am a software developer and a student too...
i developed many softwares for free for my friends and relatives of low and high level both.
Now i want to sell my softwares, some are written on java platform and some are on .net platform. But i dont know how much price should i set to sell them, each software will cost different accoding to mehods , classes, modules & LOC .. but i'm confused..
will anyone please tell me the way to decide.

If you have developed a Software for some purpose, then search online for other similar shareware products which serve the same purpose. Check out their features and price and then you should get an idea on pricing.
