Software for blogging

Hi people!!

I have a blogging site with Blogger.com. I used to use IE and I used the google toolbar's option to Blog, for posting my blogs. Recently I have switched to Opera and I am unable to find a version of google toolbar for opera 7.5

anyway, I would like to know if anyone here knows of a free client to interact with Blogger.com. If there are any developers out there, who can help with the internals of Blogger API, I would like to build my own client-side tool. That is welcome too!
