smtp server help

i currently have a vsnl mail account.. recently i bought a data card of reliance for my laptop.
now, i am unable to send my emails with the same vsnl account through the outlook express.. i have the smtp server for both the reliance as well as vsnl.. i.e smtp.vsnl.com & smtp.reliancemail.net..
but even after configuring it i am unable to send the mails using reliance internet..
is there any way i can send my vsnl mails using relaince connect..????
any suggestions would be highly appreciated..

I think smtp of vsnl i.e smtp.vsnl.net will only work with vsnl connection and not with reliance connection.
