1. Budget? - Around 5k-6k Rs, will extend IF and ONLY if I'm missing out on something great

2. Display type and size? -Display type doesn't really matter to me, as long the resolution is good enough and size also doesn't matter that much, probably 4-5.5 inches

3. Form Factor? bar, slider, flip? Bar.

4. Preferred choice of brand? - Any brand as long as it has good after sale service

5. Preferred input method (QWERTY, touchscreen, numpad, touch-n-type). - Touchscreen

6. What camera option you want? Please specify need for flash, autofocus, front facing camera. - Camera doesnt
need to be too good, any camera with decent video and picture quality will do. Flash would be nice, though autofocuss and stuff don't really matter to me. Front camera would be nice, but not that necessary, though.

7. Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc). - Android, preferably 4.1/4.2 or above

8. Preferred connectivity options - Wi-Fi compatibility is a must, 3G is not as important but would be nice.

9. Preferred applications (Flash, Swype, GPS, etc)? - General Apps.

10. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, mails, internet, gaming etc)? - Normal usage(whatsapp, facebook, music, etc) and light gaming(not hardcore games like real racing 3, GTA, etc.).

11. Any specific mobile phones in consideration? - Don't know really, there as so many good phones out in the market at my budget.

12. Any other info that you want to share - Battery life should be decent, and a smooth UI would be nice. Also, are there any new phones coming out in April and May? Because i'll be buying the phone at the start of June

after sale service is poor for all indian mobile brands. But usually XOLO phones are well received by the customers and community. should be same for Lava.

PS: just in case you missed, XOLO is a part of LAVA.

Looks good, with 1GB RAM & Full HD playback means GPU is good enough(better than 203).......... But I think CPU will be Cortex A5 quadcore
