What are the smallest (say, 8") available laptops in India? Please suggest one with the best performance. Also suggest one with best Value for Money.

netbook are smallest i guess 8" or even smaller and there price range from 20-25k.

The smallest lapotops available in India are called as Netbooks. They come various brands with specs variations only related to display, memory and price.

The brands who have netbooks to their credit in India are ACER, Lenovo, Asus, MSI, Dell.

The best among these are from Dell's and Asus's stable.

The best VFM are those Pentium Pro based full sized (14" adn 15") laptops that are available for 20k-25k.

Netbooks with 8" screen are extremely tiny, slow and difficult to use.

Atleast get a 12" netbook.
