Sluggish scrolling in Opera

I have been facing very slow/sluggish vertical acrolling with Opera 10 for quite some time on some sites.
Many of us here at TDF use and boast about Opera and if anybody has any solution?

I have searched Opera Forum and found this
Opera 10.60 and scrolling - Opera browser - Opera Community but it doesn't provide any solution.

lol...I guess Firefox is much better here. I faced no problem while browsing these sites on Firefox...

exact version? Opera 10.63? Operating system?

Have to say, Opera 10.6x are very bad on the Linux platform compared to the Windows version. The site scrolled well on Opera 11 alpha which I am using across all platforms. You might like to give it a try. [Top post @ *my.opera.com/desktopteam/blog] But don't forget alpha versions have a different profile than the final.

I use Opera on Windows, Chrome on Linux and Firefox on Mac.

^Opera Version 11.00 Build 1029 and still same sluggish scrolling.
OS : PCLOS 2010 KDE 4.5

@nishar: Firefox? Whats that?
