To OP , please mention the complete intention of creating the thread in the first post. You are just posting questions randomly and not replying or discussing the skills you want to develop or about other's post. Even i thought you were trolling. Desmond is right. No need to get offend there.

Request mods to change the topic of this thead to "HR related questions" or something like that and then continue discussions rather than just asking questions. Or you can just google HR related questions and prepare from those websites. you will get much better content. So far everyone thinks you are a troll, that is why you have only few replies in your thread.
