Should I be worried?

So I recently did a SMART test of my primary HDD and this was the table:

Should I be concerned and backup my data or its fine?

Back up, back up, HDDs are very unpredictable, one moment you have 2 errors, next moment entire HDD crashes with your data, always backup critical data, HDDs are extremely unreliable as it is.

keep an eye on these values & if they remain same for at least a week then you can keep using this hdd but with assumption of lower reliability.also like @tkin said always keep a backup of important data as there are cases where a perfectly fine hdd with no errors crashed & a hdd with error like yours continued working for 1-2 years.

seems like pending sector has been reallocated/fixed.just follow what i mentioned in my previous post.
