First With Broadband Connection, I Configured my Id : xxx.no-ip.org and tested in Office, Found IP Address : 177.xxx.xxx.208
After 4 hours, using 3gb Modem tried to access xxx.no-ip.org, got connected to a different user how is enable Port Forwarding and "May" a user of no-ip, with my new ip 117.xxx.xxx.074.
Next, After refreshing no-ip's duc able to connect properly.
