Sharing Internet In Vista

Hi friends I have two pcs ... both running VISTA .... One of my PC has two lan cards...out of which one lan card is used to connect BSNL dataone broadband where as other LAN CARD is being used for establishing LAN connection with my second PC...both my PCS ARE IN LAN.....i can share data accross them...but being not able to share the internet.....kindly guide me in sharing the internet.......waiting for your replies........

Which Edition of Vista are you using in both the machines ?

ICS will work in all editions except Starter
