share a file in local network in realtime - Excel 2003

hello,

i use excel 2003 on all of the systems on my office LAN. my requirement is like that:

- i will open a spreadsheet on one system1
- i will open the same file on system2, now here it will be read-only
- whenever i make any change and save on system1, the change should be updated on system2 in real-time, i.e., without closing and re-opening the file on system2.

is there any way i can achieve this functionality?

There is REFRESH Button in Excel. so you really don't have to close and re-open the same file.
also go to File -> Open _> Select File then click on Arrow of OPEN Button and select Open Exclusively. ( it's available on Office 2003)

there is no "open exclusively" option when i click on the little arrow beside open button.

and where is this "refresh" option ?
