shader 3.0 not present

Hi friends,
i just downloaded Race Grid game but on installation and on clicking the exe file to start playing i receive an error " your graphics card does not support shadder 3.0, which is needed by the game. "
please help me to resolve the problem.

Get a graphics card which supports Shader version 3

Get a gfx card atleast a 8600GT or 9500GT for pci-e.
Geta 7300GT or 7600GT/GS for agp.
