Sfc get stuck 55%

Pc config:
Processor: AMD Phenom X4 9650
Memory: 4096 MB DDR2
Graphics :NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560
Motherboard : ASUS M3A78-EM Rev. X.0x
Disc :Seagate ST3500418AS 500 GB SATA II
Windows : Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

i was unable install dot.net 3.5 from window feature option ,so i tried to ran sfc to repair the corrupted dot net installation .but i am stuck because sfc itself stucks and gives the following error ;
"Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.
Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 55% complete.
Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.".

i am running in administrator mode and also tried in safe mode also ,same error .BTW windows/Microsoft.NET directory is on D-drive using junction command (is the error due to this ? )

ok i deleted the microsoft.net directory junction in cdrive and copied back the original directory to window directory .after that sfc ran successfully and repaired the corrupted file.
but i am unable to install dot. 3.5 from window feature still .it shows;
An error has occurred. Not all of the features were successfully changed.

Did you copy or try installing via CD/DVD?

download the .net 3.5 framework from hereand see if it works

Also the .net 4.5 framework is out so you can update to that too click me

i am trying to install .net 3.5 .i have the standalone installer of 3.5 from microsoft site.
it says "
---------------------------Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 Setup---------------------------
You must use "Turn Windows features on or off" in the Control Panel to install or configure Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1."

when i install from window feature ,i get this error "An error has occurred. Not all of the features were successfully changed".
i also have the offline installer of 4.0 btw.

once again i tried to install 3.5 from window features and it gave me same error. then i installed .net 4 .after installing i verified the installation with .net verifier.it showed 3.5 was installed and all the files were ok.
but after restarting at login it says window is updating do not turn off and .net 3.5 was once again gone.it just get installed and uninstalled .what may be the problem ,reply someone ?

does anyone know the solution or should ask in another forum.i googled it and searched in other forums too but no answers.
