serious startup error in windows xp

Broken In
When i start my pc every startup my pc given this error
"BCCode: 100000ce BCP1: F78CD A00 BCP2: 00000000
BCP3: F78CDA00 BCP4: 00000000 OSVER: 5_1_2600 SP: 2_0
Product: 256_1"
where is the problem in my os or any other software issue or any hardware failure

i am using windows xp pro with sp2
intel865gbf mainboard
intel p4 3.0Ghz processor
256DDR ram with 333mhz
creative sblive 5.1 de sound card

Go *www.atribune.org/content/view/19/2/ and download ATF Cleaner.

Close all windows.
Open AFT Cleaner.
Check "Select All".
Click "Empty Selected"

Download HijackThis (click the name).*www.filepedia.com/desktop_software/desktop_security/hijackthis.cfm

Create a folder in C: named HjT.
Extract the files to the new folder.
Open HijackThis.exe and "Do a system scan and save a log file".
Post that log in your next reply.

i try these tools, but iwhen i check my RAM MODULE through memtest86+
I found that it give so much error, i think my RAM MODULE is foulty
