Hi guys,
I have sennheiser cx180 earphone, my younger bro have done something to it and now i cant properly hear from it. The problem is at the connector to the device the place where the sennheiser is written which led to 3.5mm jack. If the surface is held in some direction then it worked correctly.

Now what to do?
I think its in warranty but iam not sure that i have a bill of it. Will they charge heavy if i dont have it?

What will sennheiser do if i have the bill? Will they replace it?

I dont think the warranty covers physical damage done to the phones by the user. If there was a defect then they would have replaced it i think 2years warranty or 1 year i dont remember.

I have the same ones. My bro too did something and the copper connector came loose. But it didnt affect the sound. But i was sure it would come off since they fit very tightly so i used i think feviquick or something (that strong adhesive) to stick it back and its all fine now.

You should check with sennheiser first and ask them if it can be replaced. You need to have the bill. That is the only proof of purchase and the warranty card too. I bought 2 of them and all i hav is the bill for proof no seperate warranty card.

Good luck
