Selecting new HDD,URGENT !!!

hey geeks,
i already have seagate 1 TB HDD in my PC but its almost full so i want new HDD.
1) i am heavy Downloader so i want 2 TB HDD.
2) i am not sure about Internal or External,what do you think guyz? which is best for Long Life and speed?
3) my budget is...6000-6500 Rs. max.

Get external HDD if you neeed to move buld data here and there. And 2 TB external HDD comes with external power adapter AFAIK.
For internal, get WD Blue 2 TB (5900).

2TB with USB power will go above 12K.
Better you stick with internal drives.
