Security Alert

I need some help.

Just reinstalled WinXP by deleting the previous installed version on the same partition.

After installing all the mobo drivers, I installed Firefox and then Zone Alarm Pro 6.5.722. I then installed the Windows Live Messenger and when I tried to run it, I got this warning.

Isn't this spyware activity? What am I supposed to do?

I also use zone alarm and it shows that for the antivirus also
