[Query] Seasonic RMA

I have an Seasonic S2 620W version and i'm having some trouble with it and contacted tirupati with the same and asked me invoice from where i purchased. I bought this item from GEB on ebay.in in 2011 and i didnt get a bill from iccworld and i said the same to tirupati these guys keep on asking for the bill and i always mention that i dont have the bill and the story repeats so anyone can help me?

What problems are you having with the PSU?I have the same PSU which I bought 4 months back.

Yes...

I have random lock ups... cant use the mouse or keyboard just have to force restart my pc by pressing the power button...

I dont think seasonic has international warranty.

I previously just shot a mail to seasonic usa regarding this and they redirected me to seasonic asia which inturn redirected to me tirupati....

So, is it really PSU problem?

Don't know but after a lot of search on the internet regarding my problem many suggested that i should have get my PSU checked...
