search engine query

Can I use a search engine like google only to search websites from a particular country? For eg: at google.co.in I can search thru websites only from india. Suppose if I want to search websites from another country say australia, is it possible?

hi,
it is possible if the search engine has its localised domain name for that country.
Ex: google.co.in for India, google.co.uk for United Kingdom etc.

then you can select the option "web pages from india" for .co.in or "web pages from UK" for .co.uk
