Seagate HDD bad sectors - How to claim warranty?

Broken In
Two of my Seagate 500 GB HDD have bad sectors... but still working without issues....

Model: ST3500418AS, Serial: 9VM2APX3, Firmware: CC35
Model: ST3500418AS, Serial: 9VMMFVHM, Firmware: CC38



But i missed Invoices.......
IS it possible to RMA without invoices......?
please advice...
