Scanner HP 3300c

I have Scanner HP 3300c. I don't have its driver CD. I use windows Xp SP3 Now. Before in SP2 i do not need any installing process when ever plug in the scanner. i have downloaded update which is in .cab and .dxr. but in require *.inf. plz help me.

Go to HP site (www.hp.com) and search for HP 3300c under support and drivers link.
