Saving my soundmagic PL-30

My soundmagic PL-30 IEM's right side speaker is not working properly.The wire has become loose since when ever I touch it starts working again.What should I do?I got it last year in November and still have the bill and warranty card.

Buy some duct tape and wrap it around the affected area..

...right...affected area is inside the right bud since I have to press the wire into it to make the speaker work again...so,no go there..

See, while pushing the right bud inside, wrap the tape partially over the bud and properly over the wire.. so that it doesn't get loose. You need 2 people to do this properly!

If it is within warranty go to shop where from you brought those and return them.
