Sata 2 compatibility

Hi to all.
my pc includes 3.06ghz HT (533/1mb) processor, biostar's 865GV Micro 775 motherboard, samsung combo drive, transcend's jetram 512 ddr400 ram & 40 gb hdd.
wat i want 2 know, is my system compatible with 160 gb sata 2 harddisk?

i think dat ur sys shud ave 2 SATA ports.. so u can connect 2 160 GB hd..
also check ur Mother board if there is provisions for SATA hd..

we commonly refer 1.5 Gbps as sata 1.
