sapphire 6850 fan problem

friends as soon as i press the power button my gpu's fan starts rotating at 100 %....and its not coming down ...i even tried Sapphire trixx to bring down the fan speed but no success........and sometimes card is not detected but still its fan is ON @ 100%.........i have tried system format,driver update,bios update,even re-seated the gpu.....ny other solution?

Thats' weird - try updaint the gfx card's bios and can you post the exact model of your gfx and or a link to manufacturer's website ? Post Gpu-z screenshot ( of all tabs ) as well.

bro nowadays i don't have any access to broadband so can't post any images.. ....and my gpu is sapphire HD 6850 1GB
core clock 775 Mhz and memory @1GHz....

^^ Ok - so that's stock clocked version and from the problem pattern it looks like the gfx card is going to go bad soon - submit it for RMA.
